Garden Saunas by LS Landscape Solutions
Bring the Traditional Sauna Experience Into Your Garden
An outdoor sauna gives you a dedicated place to relax without converting a room inside your home or travelling to a gym or spa.
LS Landscape Solutions considers more than the sauna cabin itself. We look at how you will reach it, what you will see from inside, how much privacy is needed and how the surrounding paving, planting and lighting can shape the experience.
Working in partnership with Aqua Warehouse, we incorporate Yakia garden saunas into thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces.
Whether you are considering a compact two-person outdoor sauna or a larger cabin for family and guests, we can design the surrounding garden around its confirmed dimensions and practical requirements.

Outdoor Sauna FAQs
-
An outdoor sauna is a purpose-built heated cabin designed for use in a garden or other external space. It provides a traditional sauna experience without requiring a room inside your home to be converted.
-
The space required depends on the selected model and whether it accommodates two or four people. Additional room is needed for access, the door opening and any surrounding paving, screening or seating.
-
Many garden saunas may fall within permitted development rules, but requirements depend on their size, height, position and the property itself. Any restrictions should be checked before installation begins.
-
Yakia saunas use electric heaters that require a dedicated power supply rather than a standard plug socket. The circuit must be installed, tested and certified by a suitably qualified electrician.
-
The sauna needs a strong, stable and level base suited to its size and weight. The correct construction will depend on the chosen model, ground conditions and the surrounding landscape.
-
The exterior timber requires an appropriate preservative treatment after installation and ongoing care as it weathers. Following the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions will protect its appearance, performance and warranty.
-
Yes. LS leads the project from the initial site assessment through to the finished garden, coordinating Aqua Warehouse, the sauna, groundwork, landscaping and required specialist trades.
-
Yes. We can design the sauna alongside new paving, pathways, planting, screening, lighting, seating and other wellness features, creating one cohesive outdoor space rather than treating it as a standalone addition.
