LS Landscape Solutions Is Now Marshalls Accredited

This is good news for our team and for customers planning paving, driveway or wider landscaping work across Essex and Suffolk. The Marshalls Accredited Accreditation recognises the standard of our installation work, the way we run projects, and the care we put into every single job.

Thank you to everyone in the LS team who helped us reach this milestone, and to the customers who have entrusted us with their gardens along the way.

What Does It Mean To Be Marshalls Accredited?

Marshalls Accredited is a UK scheme for independent landscaping and driveway installers who have demonstrated the standards required by Marshalls. What stands out about this accreditation is that Membership is assessed rather than simply awarded, with installers and completed projects regularly reviewed to make sure those standards continue to be met.

For customers, this provides an additional level of reassurance when choosing a landscaper – particularly for paving and driveway projects where the quality of the installation is just as important as the materials being used.

A well-built patio or driveway depends on much more than the paving you see on the surface. Excavation depths, sub-base preparation, levels, drainage and jointing all need to be carefully considered and completed correctly. Poor workmanship at any of these stages can affect the appearance, stability and long-term performance of the finished surface.

Becoming Marshalls Accredited means our workmanship and completed projects have been assessed against these standards, giving customers greater confidence in both the quality of the materials and the way they are installed.

However, rest assured that LS Landscape Solutions remains a fully independent landscaping company. Your project is planned, managed and completed by our team, and we remain your point of contact throughout.

What Does This Mean for our Customers?

For our customers, becoming Marshalls Accredited provides further reassurance that they are choosing a landscaping company whose workmanship has been independently assessed. It adds to our existing BALI accreditation, customer reviews and portfolio of completed projects, giving customers more information to consider before deciding who to trust with their garden.

The accreditation also gives us access to additional product knowledge and support from Marshalls, helping us provide informed advice when their paving and landscaping products are being considered. We take into account how the space will be used, the style of the property, ongoing maintenance, drainage and how the paving will work with the wider garden before recommending the most suitable option. The most expensive product is not always the right choice.

For qualifying projects, customers may also be eligible for the Marshalls Hard Landscape Guarantee, which can provide ten years of protection against product defects. Eligibility and registration requirements apply, so we will always confirm whether the guarantee is available for a particular project before work begins.

What Will Change in the Way We Work?

The honest answer is that much of our day-to-day approach will stay the same.

We will continue to approach every project with the same meticulous care and expertise that we always have, as well as consider the whole garden rather than treating a patio, lawn, fence or planting area as an isolated job. But the accreditation does give us a closer working relationship with Marshalls, access to product knowledge and an ongoing assessment process. That will help us keep developing the technical side of our paving and hard landscaping work.

It also gives customers another route into a wider LS project. Someone may start by looking for a new patio or driveway, but the levels, access, lighting, planting and drainage often need to be considered together. We can manage those connected parts with one team.

Landscaping Work Across Essex And Suffolk

LS Landscaping design and build gardens across Essex and Suffolk. Our projects include complete garden redesigns as well as individual improvements such as patios, driveways, fencing, lawns, planting and lighting.

For customers looking for landscape gardeners in Essex or Suffolk, a Marshalls accreditation is a useful piece of evidence, but it should not be the only thing they check. We still recommend looking through completed projects, reading genuine reviews and discussing how the contractor will handle preparation, drainage, timescales and communication.

Good landscaping is not only about how a garden looks in the photographs. It needs to work for the people using it and continue to perform after the team has left site.

Thank You To Our Team And Customers

This accreditation belongs to the people doing the work. Thank you to every member of our team for the skill, effort and pride they bring to site each day.

We’re grateful to our customers too. Their projects, recommendations and honest feedback have helped LS Landscaping grow into the business it is today.

We’re proud to be Marshalls accredited, but the most important thing is that we continue to keep earning recognition in the work we deliver.
